Chinese Academy of Sciences-Zhongxing Langrun: IHC in-situ technology for heavy oil catalyst research and its in-situ hydrocracking catalyst

In-situ hydrocracking catalyst (surpassing Sinopec's hydrocracking technology)
It is suitable for different types of hydrocracking catalysts, and embodies higher catalytic efficiency, good selectivity and better selective cracking of heavy oil.
The IHC in-situ catalytic material is based on highly dispersed ultrafine molecular sieve crystals, and its intrinsic catalytic efficiency is six times that of conventional molecular sieves. It is especially suitable for the cracking active components of light oil hydrocracking catalysts.

The crystal size of the molecular sieve prepared by the traditional method is about 1 to 5um. However, from a microscopic point of view, it can be seen intuitively that the zeolite crystals of the CY in-situ molecular sieve grow and adhere to the surface of the substrate, and the grown molecular sieve crystals are very small, close to the nanometer level.
